Who we are

This website is operated by Silvano Para (“we”), a referral service. We do not sell, build or install storm shelters.

Information we collect

When you submit the request form: name, phone number, email, town or ZIP code, shelter type, new build or existing home, your note and your consent. We also record the page you submitted from and campaign parameters in the link you used (such as utm_source), if any. Please do not include health or financial information. If you reply to our confirmation email with a photo, we receive that photo.

Why we use it

Only to pass your request to an independent local installers so they can contact you about it, and to operate and protect the form against spam. We do not sell your information.

Who receives it

Your request is received by Silvano Para. With your consent, it may be shared with an independent installer serving your area, who handles it under their own practices.

Tools we use

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. (formspree.io), which stores submissions and forwards them by email to the operator. No analytics or advertising tools are active. The coverage map is embedded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when the map loads.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months, or less if you ask us to delete it.
