Requests are accepted from Amarillo, across Potter and Randall Counties, and from Canyon, Hereford, Pampa, Borger and Dumas. Each town has its own page with local tornado history and permit notes. Installers confirm availability for each address, so coverage is not guaranteed.

Amarillo neighborhoods
Within Amarillo, requests come from neighborhoods across both counties, including Wolflin, Bivins, Puckett, Sleepy Hollow, Quail Creek, The Greenways, City View, Westover, Belmar, Tradewinds, Heritage Hills, Soncy Park, Hillside Terrace and Redstone. Names follow the City of Amarillo neighborhood map. Older central areas usually need retrofits; newer southwest areas can plan a safe room during construction.
